At Western Rancher, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging (including boot boxes, if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or damaged merchandise
Footwear Policy
All boots and shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside a protective shipping box. Items returned with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order to ensure availability. You may return your original item for a refund following the guidelines above.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
